“We met Cyndi at one of the scariest times of our lives.  Our son had been born with a rare medical condition and I knew he needed the best physical therapist.  We saw three therapists who we felt lacked the skill and knowledge necessary to help our son.  Within five minutes of meeting Cyndi we knew she was going to be great. She is professional, compassionate and very knowledgeable.  She helped my son tremendously physically, while also providing me with the tools to advocate for my son to his other medical providers.  She was even kind enough to help come up with a list of questions for our spine doctor, when it felt too overwhelming.  I really cannot recommend Cyndi enough – she changed our lives and we will always be so grateful for her.”  Signed M.

“Our experience with Cyndi has truly been an outstanding one. She was assigned as my daughter’s physical therapist through Early Intervention and I have been blown away by her care for, treatment plan, practice standards, knowledge, skillset and commitment to our daughter. She has gone above and beyond when it comes to caring for our daughter. Not only did she treat the torticollis she was initially assigned to our daughters case for, but she worked tirelessly to determine why our daughter continued to struggle with balance after her torticollis was resolved. She possesses all the qualities you’d hope someone would who is working with your child. She has advocated for my daughter multiple times making sure physical therapy sessions were covered for twice a week visits and that my daughter had all tools (vest/therapy swing) needed to succeed. She goes above and beyond her duties expected; if something seems wrong she will work tirelessly to figure out the issue and fix it. She is not happy to settle for a simple “bandaid” that may fix things for a little bit, she is concerned about finding a solution that is well rounded and gets to the heart of the issue.  She is always available to answer questions or discuss concerns we have had. When we developed concerns with our other daughter’s foot turning inward Cyndi was our first call for consultation. She is hard working, kind and caring. We are so thankful for our time with her and feel so fortunate that Cyndi was appointed to my daughters care. and I have no hesitations to recommend Cyndi with the highest confidence that you will receive the best care for your child.”

“Cyndi was our PT through Early Intervention. She was assigned to us when my medically complex son was very weak and fragile. Cyndi helped us start from the most basic of exercises to gain my son’s attention and keep him progressing. During our time together, my son had multiple invasive abdominal surgeries where his core muscles were cut and repaired. He was also on a ventilator for a month and lost all physical strength to sit up straight, crawl and walk. He had every reason be behind on his physical milestones. However, with Cyndi’s amazing ability to find my son’s own motivators, she kept him moving in the right direction. By the time our sessions ended with Early Intervention, my son was on target with all of his physical milestones: walking, running, stairs, etc. He was evaluated for preschool and didn’t need any extra supports. Cyndi’s warm and professional personality made it easy to ask questions. She also taught me so much, and she gave me the tools to help him make progress between sessions. We were so sad when our time together ended as Cyndi had grown to be a trusted therapist and friend in our home. I would recommend Cyndi to any and every family who is trying to make progress in physical therapy – she is the best of the best!”

“Finding a great therapist can be difficult and overwhelming. Finding Cyndi felt as though a weight was lifted off my shoulders. I have met many people that are experts in their field, and even though Cyndi is very proud of her education and qualifications, she never makes you feel like you can’t do what she does for your child.

Not only does she help with gait training, advocating with insurance companies, and connecting with your child so they are actually thrilled for therapy – which I can assure you is not an easy task to find all these things – she is willing to coordinate with other caregivers and experts to help your child attain, or excel past their goals. And even as she does all these other amazing things with your child, she is teaching and building you up for the possible challenges, while explaining everything along the way.

Our time with Cyndi has been amazing for progress for us all, and I recommend her to anyone who is struggling with finding the right fit for their family.”

“Our family will be eternally grateful for the care that Cyndi Reba gave to our son Declan as an infant eleven years ago.  Our son had a lung mass removed at birth and a host of other medical issues.  After spending 50 days in the NICU Declan finally came home. He was 70% delayed by the time Cyndi and our paths crossed through Early Intervention.  Cyndi worked with Declan twice a week for one hour.  Declan also worked with a respiratory therapist in which Cyndi went above and beyond to also accompany our family on those visits.  She then would incorporate the recommended respiratory stretches into her routine.

The thing that I am most grateful is that Cyndi noticed that Declan had a curve in his spine.  She would gently recommend that I get checked out.  This sounds horrible, but at the time I was pretty overwhelmed to see another specialist so  I was dismissive to the idea.  Cyndi didn’t let up (in a good way).  She even brought the paperwork for Shriners to help me get the process started.  As it turned out, Declan did have  a 41% curve.  Because of Cyndi’s observation and motivation, we were able to react to his scoliosis with casting and bracing  and avoided surgery.  Today Declan’s curve is down to 11%.

Cyndi was prompt and timely.  She would bring a big bag of toys and equipment to keep Declan engaged. I felt she was continually trying new routines to keep Declan progressing.  In a way Cyndi helped me out as well.  I appreciated another adult to talk to as a stay at home newborn mother.

If you are looking for a professional, experienced physical therapist for your child, I give Cyndi my highest recommendation.  From our experience she was dedicated to Declan’s well being and developmental growth.  It is stressful to learn that one’s child should receive physical therapy,  but with Cyndi’s care, Declan had successful results.  I was saddened when her time with us was complete.  Eleven years later,  Declan is a thriving active tween,  one would never know the tumultuous start he had.”
