MENTORSHIP
Starting Point provides a unique opportunity in which a personalized mentorship experience is provided by Cyndi, owner and PT with 13 years old experience working with infants, toddlers, and young children.
Mentorship includes:
- Shadowing opportunities
- Frequent and unlimited communication regarding caseload
- Recommendations for continuing education
- Support regarding orthotics and durable medical equipmentrecommendations
- Guidance for writing reports, evaluations, and letter of medical necessity
- Assistance with forming professional relationships with other providers andservice coordinators
- Collaboration on challenging cases
